There is this phrase that constantly plays over and over in my head. Use your voice, power and influence for those that do not have that or are struggling to find theirs.
Shiloh Place is an organization that I hold dearly in my heart, because of the power I have seen they have had to change the trajectory of a families lives for generations to come.
Having living in the North Texas area for most of my life, it can be so easy to get caught up in the affluent community. But there is a population that is being underserved and very much apart of our community, and that is the homeless population.
Shiloh Place is a ministry to single moms and their children that offers housing, childcare and tuition assistance for up to 2 years. Their purpose is to come along ide the homeless, single mother, deeply invest in each individual over the course of their time with Shiloh Place. Then celebrate them as they move back into self-sufficient living.
